Ok your initial questions.
1.) Where is it going to be?
Illidan, alliance faction.
Why?
Well for one, it is the original server we decided to roll on. I have a lot of contact with the most skilled members of both sides on illidan and it's an original day 1 server and one of the top rated pvp servers on the globe. We don't want to split on separate servers or factions this time as it was a good part of the reason for AoA's initial fall from a real gaming clan in the first place. Any potential for success will be there.
I'll personally be leading whoever wants to come along for any of our WoW'ers left in the guild. Any character transfers and rerolls are welcome and encouraged.
2.) What is your plan to get this rolling?
This obviously isn't going to be an over night thing. The primary focus will be a PvP group at first starting with 2 man and 3 man up to 5 man arenas under the clan tag, with expansion into getting the servers better PvP'ers full BG groups on weekends along with running the arena teams all the way up until the point where a full guild with official recruitment under AoA council leadership and name.
As this is going to take awhile don't be scared of rolling an alt on illidan alliance and leveling for awhile first, or about PvE because that will be included when AoA reaches the status of an established guild. Any AoA members will get priority invites to the guild/arenas/pvp groups but officer status or being on the more competitive teams will be awarded primarily on skill and dedication, although status as an original AoA member will help if you aspire to become an officer or on a top ranked arena team.
